With nearly 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, I specialize in color, blonding techniques, and special event styling. My career has been dedicated to both mastering my craft and mentoring the next generation of stylists.
• Graduated Top of Class – Blaine Hair and Beauty School, 1995
• West Palm Beach, FL – Excelled in color and special event styling; played a key role in developing and leading an advanced color education program.
• Relocated to Austin, TX in 2007
• Founded JSP Hair & Color Design in 2010 as an independent stylist.
• Expanded to a brick-and-mortar salon in 2023, growing a team of talented stylists.

Originally from Kansas City, Brenna has honed her craft in Austin, Texas for over 12 years. Her diverse skill set allows her to cater to a wide range of client needs and all genders from creating bold, transformative styles to delivering classic, timeless looks. Brenna specializes in both chemical services and event styling, ensuring that each client leaves her chair feeling confident and beautiful.
What truly drives Brenna's passion for hairstyling is the personal connections she builds with her clients. She believes that every individual's hair journey is unique, and her goal is to help them achieve their hair dreams, no matter how big or small. By understanding their desires and preferences, Brenna strives to create a welcoming environment where they can express themselves and feel empowered through their hair.

Crystal graduated from Baldwin Beauty School in 1999 and has spent every year since doing what she loves in Austin, Texas. Hair is her canvas—an artist through and through, she thrives on big transformations. Whether it’s a timeless chic bob or a full-blown punk rock rainbow masterpiece, she is all in.
Clients often say Crystal has a unique ability to understand their vision—even when they struggle to put it into words—and bring it to life with color and cuts that grow out effortlessly and beautifully. Meticulous in her approach to haircutting, she believes great hair shouldn’t just look good when a client walks out of the salon—it should continue to work for them in everyday life.
