With nearly 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, I specialize in color, blonding techniques, and special event styling. My career has been dedicated to both mastering my craft and mentoring the next generation of stylists.
• Graduated Top of Class – Blaine Hair and Beauty School, 1995
• West Palm Beach, FL – Excelled in color and special event styling; played a key role in developing and leading an advanced color education program.
• Relocated to Austin, TX in 2007
• Founded JSP Hair & Color Design in 2010 as an independent stylist.
• Expanded to a brick-and-mortar salon in 2023, growing a team of talented stylists.

Master Stylist / Makeup Artist
An award-winning hair stylist and makeup artist born and raised in Austin, TX, with over 19 years of experience in the beauty industry, Andrea specializes in natural yet elevated looks that enhance each client's unique beauty—whether for weddings, photoshoots, or everyday confidence.
As a master colorist, Andrea is known for rich reds, sun-kissed blondes, dimensional brunettes, and bold vivid tones that reflect personality and style. Precision cutting is blended with effortless movement to create modern, wearable hair.
Certified in Business of Balayage, Bellami Extensions, Sharon Blain’s Bridal Bootcamp, and Reiki healing, Andrea brings both technical skill and intentional energy to every appointment—whether in-studio, on set, or on location.
From local and destination weddings to editorial shoots and runway shows, Andrea is passionate about helping clients feel like their most radiant, expressive selves.

Assistant/Jr Stylist
Payton is a Southern California native who made the move to Texas three years ago and hasn’t looked back since. A 2024 graduate of Aveda Arts in Austin, Payton is passionate about all things beauty—especially blonding and wedding hair. With a love for creativity and connection, she brings excitement and fresh energy to the industry. Payton is thrilled to be part of this vibrant community and can’t wait to keep growing behind the chair!

Crystal graduated from Baldwin Beauty School in 1999 and has spent every year since doing what she loves in Austin, Texas. Hair is her canvas—an artist through and through, she thrives on big transformations. Whether it’s a timeless chic bob or a full-blown punk rock rainbow masterpiece, she is all in.
Clients often say Crystal has a unique ability to understand their vision—even when they struggle to put it into words—and bring it to life with color and cuts that grow out effortlessly and beautifully. Meticulous in her approach to haircutting, she believes great hair shouldn’t just look good when a client walks out of the salon—it should continue to work for them in everyday life.

Brenna specializes in both chemical services and event styling, ensuring that each client leaves her chair feeling confident and beautiful.

Demerris Kizzire
Master Stylist
Born in Dothan, Alabama, where her grandmother was a hairdresser and beauty salon owner.
Raised in Dallas, Texas, having realized a passion for hair by the age of seven. Moved to beautiful Austin, Texas in 1994 where she has worked as a stylist and Salon owner with over 35 years of experience in many areas of the industry.
1998: Certified in extension services during their rise in the industry.
2000: Educator and stage artist with Sexy Hair Concepts product line.
2001: Open studio salon with three employees which grew to a full-size Salon in 2003.
2008: Downsized to a new location throughout the year 2018
Since 2019: JSP has provided me with a leadership and environment in sustainability to build my business with a culture of stylist I am proud to work with. ​
